Eric Sickles

Eric is Joe’s sixth black belt, a great accomplishment to be sure. While he is an absolute force on the mat, teaching is where he excels the most. Three things happen in every class he teaches, you laugh, you learn and you have an awesome workout. His understanding technique and attention to detail make his classes great for students of all levels.
